The rear mudguards were cut from the bottom of this bin
Helmet Cam
Buggy Bag
Made from a football boot bag
Not big enough to hold a kite but plenty big enough to hold tools, mobile, keys spare strop etc. etc.
Front mudguard
The front mudguard was cut from the ridge half way up this bin. The two pieces were mated together & another curve was riveted to the top.
The problem with having an "off set" wheel is the mudguards never sit right.
Seat rail covers.
This type of material is hard to find so these are made from car seat covers for dogs. (£4.99)
You could use a pair of old waterproof trousers.
Belly pan.
Made from a dustbin from Wilkinsons £6.99
Buggy Bag
Made from leftover material from the seat rail covers. Zip & Velcro fastening. Four quick release buckles keep it in place which make it easy to remove when not needed.
There's a 6.6m Blade, 5m Ace & 4.5m Pepper + handles & line in this bag.
Tandem coupling.
A strip of steel from B&Q bent to shape & drilled at each end for the axle to pass through + an exhaust clamp.
Following the tandem jump on the Ooops! page, i've replaced the snapped bolt with this stronger one.
Front fork widening
These were disc forks widened to 10". The top plates were cut away & ground down & wider ones made & welded in place.
Mudguard made from a dustbin lid to achieve the curve & the lip on the side & the top came from the main part of the bin.
My straight down tube soon to be "swan necked" to lower my seat height.
The welder went a little OTT on the plates but it wont bend in a hurry.
& then this mudguard needs to be cut in half & the sharp edge hammered into a curve to match the other side.
They dont make removeable covers for the "Bad Lieutenant" helmet so i made my own.

Roller Spreader Strop Guide
The strop keeps falling out of these spreader bars so i'm trying to overcome this.
This method of using a cable tie failed as it kept on getting pushed to one side.
This is plan "B". A tongue made out of metal.
I trialed a plan "C" but that wasn't very successful so i'm selling it.
I've gone to a completely captive set up.
I've lost the abillity to un-hook mid run on the board but i get round this by un-clipping the block & putting it in my pocket or bag.
